- Media Lab and abseiling.
- Indoor stall where people could learn more about recycling computers, using open source software and have a play with the media lab. Some of the braver volunteers also abseiled down the wall of the church tower!
- Wonderful weather for the event and the response was great, over 100 people came through to look at the media lab and talk with the team about what they could learn.
- Thanks to our volunteers on the day.

- Broomhall Centre event
- Main hall
- Community Learning event.
- Intensive learning with a small group (about 25 people)
- This event went really well, some of the attendees now use Access Space regularly and are passing on the skills learned to others. Following the event, other courses were run specifically for small groups of women looking inside a computer as well as using the software. We hope to develop this relationship with Broomhall Centre further in 2008.
- Thanks to our volunteers on the day.

- Community Learning Programme (Launch Event)
- Showroom 5 (4pm - 6pm)
- Access Space launched our Community Learning Programme.
- Our event consisted of a test run of taking a network of recycled computers off site and getting them linked up, working online with Open Source Software.
- This event was a total success!!! We took four machines with us and provided a network for attendees to use. There were also examples of artworks and websites produced by participants at Access Space over the years since it's inception (which are the images also shown on this site's homepage).
- We had four volunteers working with us on the day to ensure the smooth running of the event and provide expert advice on software. Thanks to John Keenan, Steve Withington, Tony Dawson and Phil Bradley.
